SubbieSure was built by people who've worked in construction and know exactly what the job looks like on the ground — endless group chats, paper SWMS stuffed in a ute, and timesheets that never add up quite right.

We set out to build something different: a platform that's actually designed for the way subcontractors work. No bloat, no unnecessary complexity — just the tools you need to keep your team safe, your jobs running, and your paperwork sorted.

Today, SubbieSure is trusted by subcontractors across Australia to manage their SWMS, timesheets, inductions and projects. And we're only getting started.

Oliver Gibbins

Business Development Manager

Oliver Gibbins is an experienced construction and manufacturing professional with 20 years in the industry, progressing from trade-qualified boilermaker through to operations management. His career has given him practical, hands-on knowledge across workshop operations, site delivery, safety, quality, leadership, and business compliance.

With safety certifications and extensive compliance experience, Oliver has helped companies achieve and maintain standards including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 3834, and AS5131 CC3.

This real-world experience has added strong practical value to the SubbieSure platform, helping ensure it is built around the actual needs of subcontractors, site teams, workshops, and compliance-focused businesses.

Harold Jensen

Lead Developer

With years of experience working across the steel fabrication and construction industry, Harold has developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by contractors, project managers, and site teams.

Having worked across quality, compliance, operations, and technology, he combines practical industry knowledge with a passion for innovation to create solutions that genuinely improve the way construction businesses operate.

Driven by a lifelong interest in technology, Harold enjoys turning complex problems into simple, reliable solutions that help businesses work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Matthias Moore

Onboarding Specialist

Matthias Moore brings a well-rounded background across construction and a range of customer-facing roles, giving him practical experience in both hands-on environments and client-focused work. Through this experience, he has developed strong communication skills and a clear understanding of the importance of working closely with clients to deliver practical outcomes.

With a strong personal interest in technology, Matthias has spent significant time building apps and software projects outside of work, continually developing his technical skills. His passion for learning, problem-solving, and exploring new technologies brings fresh ideas and a practical mindset to the development of digital solutions.
