July Feature Update

A big update bringing Offline Mode, Workflow Studio and Inter-Tenant Data Sharing, plus major improvements to the Scheduler, plant management, the Form Builder and inductions.

New Features

  • Offline Mode — the mobile app now supports full offline functionality, syncing automatically when you're back online
  • Workflow Studio — build your own custom workflows
  • Inter-Tenant Data Sharing — instantly share submissions, employee licences and more between linked projects when both businesses use SubbieSure

General

  • Home page now shows Unsigned SWMS and Toolboxes
  • Employee names can now include special characters
  • Retrigger the Profile Setup page for any employee
  • Welcome email now includes a link and QR code to the app
  • Organisational Chart can now be created per project
  • Tasker can now select projects
  • Injury Report now allows multiple injured people and includes a fatality option

Scheduler & Plant

  • Scheduler Audit Trail added
  • Schedule filter by licence added
  • Assign Hired Plant on the Scheduler
  • Scheduled plant can have a person responsible assigned to each plant item
  • Scheduled plant without scheduled personnel now alerts you to off-hire the plant
  • Assigned plant automatically shows on the Pre-start
  • Plant Pre-start forms overhauled
  • Accept or reject scheduled shifts

Form Builder & Standard Forms

  • Rename standard forms
  • Form Builder and Standard Form editor now split into 6 columns
  • Form Builder and Standard Form editor now have colour sections
  • Form Builder and Standard Form editor now have drag resize
  • Form Builder and Standard Form editor can now add fields from the live preview
  • Receipts form removed — found to work better as a custom form

Inductions

  • Inductions can now auto-expire after a set number of days, or on a set date annually
  • Inductions can now have forms uploaded
  • Inductions can now be set to private, visible only to a higher permission level
  • Inductions now take you to the top of the page after pressing Next

Timesheets & Workpacks

  • Default Workpacks are now dynamic — add or remove workpacks like Rain Onsite / Offsite
  • New Timesheet page permission tier so Supervisors only see employees allocated to their projects
  • Missing timesheet cells now show red

Bug Fixes

  • Leave requests no longer fail to overwrite the project in the Scheduler — pending leave now shares the cell, and approved leave overwrites it
