Project Filters & Pre-start QR Signing

Project-based page filtering and Pre-start signing on individual devices, alongside scheduler fixes.

Improvements

  • Select your project in the side menu to pre-filter each page you visit by that project
  • Everyone can scan the Pre-start QR code to sign on their own device instead of passing the Pre-start around. They will also be prompted to sign any outstanding SWMS and Toolbox Talks

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the scheduler counted employees on approved leave as unassigned

Forms as Licences & Gantt Chart Beta

Use forms as licences and program workpacks with Gantt Chart Beta, alongside scheduler improvements and a timesheet export fix.

Bug Fixes

Scheduler & Plant Improvements

Improvements

  • Bulk assign plant in the scheduler
  • The scheduler now suggests employees associated with plant when scheduling that plant
  • Set employee start times in the scheduler
  • Compare day dockets with timesheets before completing an invoice
  • Customisations to standard forms now look built in rather than added on, and the Incident form supports custom fields for each separate dynamic section
  • Added an address field to the Incident form that automatically populates from the project, remains editable and uses Google address lookup
  • The scheduler notification bell now indicates when push notifications have been sent and suggests resending them if changes are made after a notification has already been sent for that day and employee
  • My Scheduler can now show confirmed days instead of using a constant viewing window
  • Equipment and Plant Inspections has been renamed Maintenance

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the project and submission description were not shown in the Employee Report Card submissions list for custom forms.
  • Fixed an issue where some forms allowed the Submit button to be selected multiple times, resulting in duplicate submissions
  • Fixed an issue where some workpacks were missing from dropdowns in custom forms
  • Fixed an issue where the Incident form listed equipment but not plant
  • Fixed an issue where notification email PDF attachments for custom form submissions showed employee IDs instead of employee names from multi-select dropdown fields

Equipment & Chemical Storage

Keep stored equipment together and make chemical storage and SDS access safer and simpler.

Improvements

  • Equipment Storage — group equipment into storage equipment or plant to keep related items together
  • Chemical Storage Compatibility Check — warns of potential storage issues when certain chemicals share a register
  • Assign chemicals to plant and equipment so scanning the item also provides access to its SDSs, risk assessments and related information
  • Various general UI/UX improvements, including removing the need for an Apply button on date-range popovers, showing the month on scheduler dates, preventing timesheet times from resetting when changing the project, displaying AI permissions as extra permissions on the affected page, and more
  • Pre-starts now rehydrate if you accidentally leave the page and return within one hour
  • Further improvements to the Pre-Planning module
  • Employee report cards can now be viewed based on work-location permissions
  • Employee report cards now include all submissions related to the employee, regardless of who submitted them
  • Employee lists in custom forms can now be restricted by work location

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where uploaded file thumbnails could sometimes fail to load when completing a form on a slow connection.
  • Fixed an issue where, under rare circumstances, false unsynced submissions could appear in the submissions list. This could occur when a user without Document Sync permission opens certain forms offline during the Document Sync heartbeat. If a user has any existing Sync Failed submissions, temporarily grant them Document Sync permission for one minute while they have SubbieSure open and the submissions will clear.

  • Fixed an issue preventing some devices from viewing PDF attachments on assigned tasks

Bug Fixes

  • Leave requests no longer fail to overwrite the project in the Scheduler — pending leave now shares the cell, and approved leave overwrites it
  • Timesheet filter by multiple projects was returning no results — now fixed
