  • WMS Builder — create, review and issue Work Method Statements for your projects without leaving the platform, with AI-assisted setup, creation and editing, plus an approval workflow
  • Project Diary — keep notes on the project and use it for shift handovers, with AI dictation and AI-searchable entries

  • Fixed employees on approved leave showing on the Not Signed Onto Pre-start tile on the Projects Dashboard

August Feature Update

A new wave of notifications, plus scheduler, permissions, documents and plant improvements.

New Features

  • Delayed start setting in the Scheduler — nightshift no longer shows as missing during the day on the Project Dashboard
  • New notifications — Investigation creation, NC submission, Licence due soon, Licence due, Plant Inspection due soon, Plant Inspection due, Equipment Inspection due soon and Equipment Inspection due
  • Control whether employees can update licences themselves
  • SWMS review reminder

Improvements

  • Permissions layout is more user friendly. Review your permissions — Edit Submissions and Add Notes to Submissions are now separate from the tiered permission structure
  • Plant inspections can now be based on hours or kilometres, with the Plant Pre-start updating the logged hours/kilometres
  • Toolbox Talks set to all projects now automatically apply to new projects until archived
  • Employees assigned to a project now receive notifications to sign the SWMS and Toolbox Talks associated with the project

More customisation for lunch times and employee onboarding, a reworked Sync Agent, plus pre-start and timesheet fixes.

  • Customisable lunch times — add and remove paid or unpaid lunch times per Work Location
  • Customisable Employee details — choose what data you collect during onboarding, e.g. add a field for allergies or apprentice status

  • Sync Agent v2 — a completely reworked, more user-friendly Document Sync Agent

July Patch Update

The Project Report Card arrives, plus a round of workflow, scheduler and UI improvements and some important bug fixes.

New Features

  • Project Report Card — a snapshot of each project's health at a glance (more to come soon)
  • Delete submissions — remove submissions you no longer need
  • Add extra plant to a Pre-start — cover multiple machines in a single check, including plant on site that wasn't scheduled
  • Upload a photo of a hard-copy Plant Pre-start — paper forms can now be captured straight into the system

  • Form Builder — link forms to projects straight from the project dropdown in your custom form
  • Form Builder — auto-prefill fields like project address and employee details

  • Timesheet bulk upload now supports nightshift and the employee list scrolls properly
  • Fixed licences showing as valid in the Scheduler tooltip when they were missing

Inductions

  • Inductions can now auto-expire after a set number of days, or on a set date annually

  • Inductions can now be set to private, visible only to a higher permission level
  • Inductions now take you to the top of the page after pressing Next

Timesheets & Workpacks

  • Default Workpacks are now dynamic — add or remove workpacks like Rain Onsite / Offsite
  • New Timesheet page permission tier so Supervisors only see employees allocated to their projects
  • Missing timesheet cells now show red

Bug Fixes

  • Leave requests no longer fail to overwrite the project in the Scheduler — pending leave now shares the cell, and approved leave overwrites it
  • Timesheet filter by multiple projects was returning no results — now fixed
